Emil is the husband and father of two who for the past two years has dedicated all of his free time to helping men all over the world change their lives and take control of their health through a healthy lifestyle.

He is the founder of one of the largest men’s fitness groups Dad Bod Transformation where he shares his knowledge daily about diet, exercise, and men’s health.

For him, it all started back in 2011 when he was overweight, battling multiple health issues (enlarged aorta, Hashimoto’s disease, low testosterone, high estrogen, hypothyroidism, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, vertigo, IBS-D, surgeries, migraines, spinal tap, swelling of hands and feet, arthritis, and food intolerances). He felt lost between multiple emergency room and doctor visits. He realized that the only way to survive was to change his lifestyle.

The road to success wasn’t easy. Over the past nine years, he had his ups and downs going from fat to fit, from fit to an eating disorder, from eating disorder to bodybuilding.

He learned a lot throughout the years working on his health and researching the best methods of how he can not only help himself but all the other men who are going through the same struggles he once had. The struggles of feeling tired and unable to do your day job, to sleep, or have the energy to spend time with your family.

As a certified fitness trainer, he understands the effects of regular exercise and proper nutrition on one’s health. But he also learned throughout the years on testosterone replacement therapy that well-balanced hormones play a major role in making one reach their optimal health.
